Cancellare l'account di Project Zero
Dal gioco (subito)
- Apri Project Zero e aspetta che si colleghi al server.
- Tocca l'ingranaggio (Impostazioni).
- Tocca CANCELLA ACCOUNT in fondo.
- Leggi cosa perdi e tocca CONTINUA.
- Ultima conferma: tocca CANCELLA PER SEMPRE. Il gioco si chiude.
Senza il gioco (per email)
Se non hai piu' il gioco o non riesci ad aprirlo, scrivi a projectzero.games.studio@gmail.com con oggetto "Cancellazione account" e l'ID del tuo account (8 caratteri, lo trovi nella schermata AMICI del gioco). Cancelliamo l'account entro 30 giorni e ti rispondiamo quando e' fatto.
Cosa viene cancellato
Tutto l'account e i suoi dati sul server: eroe, nome, oggetti, valute (anche i rubini comprati), pass, progressi, amici, classifiche, leghe, statue e gironi, la chiave di accesso. Il tuo ID sparisce dalle liste degli amici degli altri. Non si puo' annullare: i rubini comprati non vengono rimborsati.
Cosa resta e per quanto
- Copie di sicurezza del server: si sovrascrivono da sole entro 7 giorni.
- Registri del server (con l'indirizzo IP): cancellati da soli dopo 30 giorni.
- Segnalazioni di problemi che hai mandato: al massimo 90 giorni.
- Numeri delle ricevute d'acquisto, senza piu' legame con te (impediscono che una ricevuta venga riusata).

Delete your Project Zero account
In the game (immediately)
- Open Project Zero and wait until it connects to the server.
- Tap the cog (Settings).
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT at the bottom.
- Read what you lose and tap CONTINUE.
- Last confirmation: tap DELETE FOREVER. The game closes.
Without the game (by email)
If you no longer have the game or cannot open it, write to projectzero.games.studio@gmail.com with subject "Account deletion" and your account ID (8 characters, shown in the game's FRIENDS screen). We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
The whole account and its data on the server: hero, name, items, currencies (bought rubies too), pass, progress, friends, rankings, leagues, statues and groups, the access key. Your ID disappears from other players' friend lists. It cannot be undone: bought rubies are not refunded.
What remains and for how long
- Server safety copies: overwritten automatically within 7 days.
- Server logs (with the IP address): deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Problem reports you sent: at most 90 days.
- Purchase receipt numbers, no longer linked to you (they prevent a receipt from being reused).
